I had my car window smashed by a thief late on Saturday night. Orlando had my paperwork processed and my car fixed up for me by Tuesday afternoon. They were great to deal with and they even helped with the shattered glass clean up, leaving my car now whole, shiny and ready to go. A really positive ending to a really stressful situation. So grateful to them! 10/10 recommend

There were no surprises when the time came to pay the bill... other than he went beyond the work anticipated and didn't charge extra. I appreciate his honesty, effort to meet his deadlines, and his and his employees' dedication to providing good customer service. Update, May 3, 2024: I took my car back to Orlando Glass and Trim this week to repair the rear bumper. An idiot on Harlem Avenue crashed into it when we were passing through an intersection. He was uninsured. His negligence left two divots in my bumper. I called Orlando G&T and spoke to Rita early the next morning, shortly after the facil
